The Gran Via will also house sanitary ware, taps, accessories and bathroom furniture; water, gas, drainage and treatment installations; air-conditioning and heating; electricity and lighting; intelligent homes, security and communications; sustainable building. It will be held alongside the SIDI (International Exhibition for the Design of the Habitat).
