Leading UAE developer Aldar Properties has announced the launch of Noya Viva, the next phase of its premium Noya development on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.

The community is open for buyers from all nationalities on a freehold basis.

Noya Viva will bring a further 480 homes to the Noya development, with four-bedroom villas and two- and three-bedroom townhouses available. It is the latest addition to Aldar’s residential portfolio on Yas Island, which includes Noya, Yas Acres, Water’s Edge, Lea, Ansam and Mayan.

Construction work on the project is due to begin in Q4 2021, with handover expected in Q1 2024, says Aldar. 

Prices at Noya Viva start from AED1.65 million ($449,149) with each unit boasting its own dedicated outdoor space, it adds.

According to Aldar, the community focal point of Noya Viva is The Village, which will feature shops and cafes, sports, fitness, and health and wellbeing facilities, a mosque and a library.  It will also be home to a leading British curriculum school, operated by Aldar Academies.
