Fontana Infinity ... said to be the largest residential towers to be launched in Bahrain in a decade.

Fontana Real Estate has announced the opening of its largest residential towers in Bahrain, Fontana Infinity, providing its residents a luxurious resort-style living.

 Built on a 130,000-sq-m area, Fontana Infinity is located on Prince Saud Al Faisal Street in the new Juffair area. Featuring two towers with a total of 850 residential units, the BD60-million ($158 million) development offers its residents a refined blend of luxury and comfort.

 Fontana Infinity, the largest and the new addition of the Fontana series, features exceptional and dynamic design, says the developer adding that it is the largest residential towers to be launched in Bahrain in a decade. Nearly 70 per cent of these residental units enjoy stunning sea views, while 50,000 sq m of space have been allocated for it key amenities, it says.

“Fontana Infinity is the only real estate project that provides world-class tourism facilities and services in high-rise residential towers,” says a spokesman for Fontana.

The space separating the two towers includes a tropical oasis of green gardens, a lazy river and an artificial beach, in addition to the largest leisure swimming pool in Bahrain within towers. In addition, a fully-equipped gym with the latest sports equipment and an air-conditioned indoor sports hall for different sports provide an ideal and integrated sports environment, it adds. The luxurious project offers vast range of amenities, including a club with a multi-purpose hall fully equipped for private events, a cinema hall, a video game hall, indoor and outdoor play areas for children in addition to indoor and outdoor swimming pools equipped with temperature control systems.

Fontana Real Estate says it offers a strong real estate product that had been carefully designed with resort-style services, well-thought-out apartment spaces, meticulous designs and high construction quality, as well as achieving the sustainability goals.  For the project, it had used high-quality thermal insulation glass that was imported from an international Swiss company, Glastroesch.

“Moreover, we have installed the best chiller’s system – the latest in cooling high-rise buildings – leading to reduced utility bill by up to 40 per cent,” Al Kooheji adds.
