FOLLOWING the success of an open week at JPE Aggregates in Birmingham in the UK, CDE will hold a similar event for its waste recycling plant between June 7 and 10, 2011.

The event will once again be hosted at Elford quarry near Birmingham where CDE has installed a modular construction and demolition (C&D) waste recycling plant including the M2500 mobile washing plant, Aggmax attrition system and Aquacycle thickener.

Terry Ashby, director of CDE operations in the UK, said: “The latest event is a response to the success of the recent event which attracted over 100 companies to JPE Aggregates.

In addition to a large number of recycling contractors from the UK, the event was also attended by several European companies with an interest in the latest C&D  waste recycling technologies.

The mobility of CDE’s new recycling plant evoked a lot of interest at the open week. This was an essential factor for JPE when specifying the new plant, as the company intends to relocate it to another site within the next 18 months, says CDE.
