ABA ... specialist HVAC services.

DAMMAM-based Al Bin Ali Air Conditioning Systems (ABA) has risen to the challenge of providing environmental control systems for Abrasive Technology Industries’ (ATI) state-of-the-art cutting and grinding wheel factory.
The systems were part of a SR1 million ($267,000) order which was completed last April within a time span of six months.

“ABA provided the project with environmental (humidity and temperature) control systems for the production area, as well as 100 cu m cold storage units and the central air-conditioning systems for the facility,” says Ali Walid Ismaiel, the technical and administration official at ABA.

ABA is considered one of Saudi Arabia’s leading HVAC (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning) and cold room contractors, which offers its services throughout the kingdom.

The company is specialised in cold room construction and also supplies and installs cold room panels and cooling machinery. Its expertise covers cold room planning, design and erection, machinery planning, design including capacity calculation and installation as well as testing, commissioning and engineering supervision work.

ABA also specialises in HVAC systems, where it supplies and installs chillers, central split, package units, mini split and ducting and maintenance. It also offers planning services, in addition to cooling and heating load calculations. It has in-house expertise to carry out drafting, duct works including fabrication and installation within its own factories, in addition to providing engineering supervision and project commissioning services.

ABA’s factory is well equipped with the latest tools and machinery such as sophisticated polyurethane machine injection, bending machines, ‘C’ type and ‘S’ type clip-forming machine, and galvanised iron (GI) metal sheet cutters.

“We are one of the most successful groups in this field, having provided top quality products at very competitive prices.  We provide a complete range for all refrigeration and air-conditioning brands and are in constant contact with our suppliers both locally and abroad to meet the needs of our clients,” he says.

“Our team of fully-accredited professionals are well-versed in cold storage, both in installation and repair, and have successfully carried out several projects, providing timely delivery and excellent services,” Ismaiel adds.

The company has completed a number of HVAC projects, some of which have been carried out for Al Riyadh Furniture premises where it provided mini split and package units, York head office where it supplied central split units and Zamil Factory, where it carried out chiller piping modification and duct work.

It has also installed cold rooms for Basamah Trading Company (Nestle) in Dammam and machines for cold rooms (-20 deg C) for Al-Akhawain Poultry in Dammam and many other projects.
