MANAZEL Real Estate said that its Prestige Towers is in the final phase of its construction and is scheduled for completion by the end of next month.
Prestige Towers includes two 20-storey modern office towers with three levels of structured parking at the heart of the 9712BMC development within Mohammad Bin Zayed City in Abu Dhabi.
Mohamed Mubarak Al Mazrouei, CEO of Manazel Real Estate, said Prestige Towers forms the first phase of the development, adding that 9712BMC was also witnessing good progress with the 9712Mall – which covers a leasable area of 60,000 sq m offering over 370 units on three retail levels – at an advanced stage. The mall will be delivered before the end of the year.
