KINGSPAN Insulated Panels, the UK’s leading designer and manufacturer of complete insulated roof, architectural wall and façade systems, has launched its first Middle East base in Dubai as part of its strategic expansion to strengthen its global presence.

In line with this objective, the company has also launched a new range of environment-friendly panels called PowerPanel. The new system uses the latest photovoltaic (PV) technology, which generates clean, inflation-proof electricity, reduces energy costs and can generate electricity to be fed into the national grid. The system comes in three different product offerings, including polycrystalline silicon modules for roofs and walls and a thin-film solar laminate for roofs.
Kingspan has also launched an extensive range of insulated panels that will help create functional buildings that are aesthetically pleasing, energy efficient, safe, cost effective and sustainable. This includes the Longspan wall panel, which can span up to 8.2-m long and allows accelerated build speed and enhanced aesthetics; the Therma range, which includes the Thermatile, a unique façade system which offers increased visual options and flexibility with the use of ceramic tiles in a tile hanging application; and the Controlled Environment System that provides high-performance temperature and hygiene-safe controlled environment, ideal for storage and coldstore facilities.
