Al Khobar-based Nassir Al Mulhim Consultant Engineers (NMCE), a leading architectural engineering consultancy, has started work on a SR60 million ($15.99 million) office building on the Al Khobar-Dammam Highway in Saudi Arabia.

The commercial complex, coming up on a 5,600 sq m plot, will have showrooms spread over 1,500 sq m on the ground floor and over 1,000 sq m on the mezzanine floor.
The building will have 13 typical floors with each office space measuring 670 sq m and a total lettable office space of 8,700 sq m.
The tower will also include a multi-storey car parking comprising of three floors of 1,200 sq m each, offering 180 car-park slots, along with a roof deck and landscaped areas on both sides of the building.

Established in 1984, the practice offers various services including architectural and engineering (structural, electromechanical and environmental) design, construction/projects management, estimation and preparation of contract documents and bid evaluation, construction supervision, topographical and soil surveys, advisory services, and scale-model making, rendered perspectives and presentation.
Staffed by over 55 employees including architects, engineers, surveyors, draftsmen, administrative staff and labourers staff, NMCE has over the years expanded into some of the growing markets in the region through setting up four branch offices at Hofuf, Mubaraz, Mazroia and Abqaiq, in order to provide its architectural services throughout the kingdom.
