Engineering Aluminium System Company (EASC) is putting the finishing touches to the aluminium and glass facade works as well as the window and shopfront solutions with aluminium screens on the Madinat Jumeirah Resort Phase I and III.
The Dubai-based company was selected to provide complex and high-tech facade solutions for the Mina A’Salam hotel, the Suq, the multi-purpose and banqueting hall, a nightclub and Suq Villas which have enhanced its exquisite aesthetics of the prestigious development, says a company spokesman.
“Being a prime beachfront property in UAE, the contractors required the highest standards and the most advanced technological solutions for aluminium and glasswork,” he adds.
EAS started work on the project last November and is scheduled to finish the task by August. It has provided solutions for the most complex design requirements by using a stainless steel Spider System at the nightclub of Suq Madinah Jumeirah, the spokesman says.
With technical support from its principal Eduard Hueck of Germany, the company is also offering high-tech solutions such as unitised and double-facade systems, high thermal insulation doors and windows, aluminium fire-rated doors, and aluminum composite panels cladding.
A leading supplier of high-quality curtain-walling system and one of the oldest suppliers and fabricators of aluminium and glasswork in the UAE, EASC has been providing solutions for curtain-walls and structural glazing works, aluminium and steel fabrication, powder and Kynar coating of aluminium and steel, tempering insulating glass units and cast aluminium. It also serves as an importer, trader and distributor of aluminium, glass and stainless steel-related accessories.
EASC has been expanding year on year, acquiring the latest technologies required to successfully meet the ever-changing market demands.
“In the past two-and-a-half decades, we have experienced and played an effective role in the revolutionary changes that have taken place in the UAE’s construction sector,” the spokesman adds.
In addition to specialising in aluminium solutions, the company has diversified into kitchen cabinets, powder coating and rolling shutters. Its glass section provides services in tempering/toughening flat glass, insulating glass (double-glazed glass production) and laminated glass. It owns the two biggest powder-coating plants in the UAE, which specialise in powder/wet coating and wood finish.
Besides providing stainless steel cladding for interior and exterior columns, wall cladding and handrails, the company also deals in heavy-duty structural steel, fabricating and installing sheds and prefabricated structures.
“Our factories are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, machines and tools that are operated by a staff of 400 skilled workers including mechanical, industrial and civil engineers, autocad/manual draftsmen, technicians and quality control personnel,” says the spokesman.
The company has successfully executed a number of complex assignments in various projects in the past, winning the confidence of its contractors.
