Turner Steiner International SA, the project manager for the Mazaya Centre project was set up to serve the real estate, design and construction needs of the clients in the world's rapidly changing marketplace, says a spokesman for the company.

It provides comprehensive project management services, covering every stage of the building project from site selection, project feasibility and financial engineering through to the securing of approvals, design, construction and post-construction management, the spokesman adds.

Key services include:

  • Construction management - trade contractor selection and negotiation; co-ordination and management of trade contractors; scheduling; cost control; quality assurance; technical support; and world-wide direct purchasing and shipping control and management; and

  • Post construction - on-time completion; systems start-up support; building management control systems on-line start-up; procurement, delivery and installation of furniture, fixtures and equipment; and property management services.
