During two impactful weeks this month, Big 5 Construct Saudi 2025 returns as the largest construction event in Saudi Arabia, providing a gateway to the kingdom’s $1.7 trillion construction industry.

The 13th edition of Big 5 Construct Saudi aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, reflecting market demand and opportunities in the kingdom’s pipeline of mega and giga projects. It will be held at Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center, Roshn Front.

The mega construction show attracts more than 75,000 visitors and features over 2,000 local and international exhibitors from more than 60 countries showcasing over 20,000 products across eight specialised events.

This year, the exhibition spans an impressive 140,000-sq-m area, doubling from 2024, according to dmg events, the organiser of the show.

The First Week of the event (February 15 to 18) will focus on heavy construction, concrete, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) and related sectors, under the theme of ‘Strong foundations from design to build’. This week sees the launch of Heavy Saudi Arabia and Totally Concrete Saudi Arabia, addressing the foundational aspects of construction.

The Second Week (February 24 to 27) presents the transformation of projects from fit-out to services, shifting focus to the finishing phases of construction, spotlighting aspects such as windows, doors, facades, urban planning, hospital construction and facilities management, under the theme of ‘Transforming projects from fit-out to services’.

New additions to this week include Urban Design & Landscape Saudi Arabia and Saudi Hospital Design & Build, catering to emerging sectors within the Kingdom’s construction ecosystem.

Once again, Big 5 Construct Saudi will feature the International Contracting Conference (ICC) organised by Saudi Contractors Authority (SCA) and dmg events. In its fifth edition, ICC will gather the top contractors and international contracting experts in the kingdom for two days of insightful dialogues and discussions.

The must-attend exhibition for construction industry professionals covers varied product sectors, offering a diverse array of innovative products, cutting-edge technology, and valuable industry insights.
