Construction Technology ConFex (CTF) UAE, to be held this month (June 3-4) at the Ritz-Carlton JBR in Dubai, aims to be a hub for industry leaders and innovators to discuss sustainability and digitalisation in construction, spearheading a more efficient and sustainable construction industry through technology, according to its organiser Ventures Connect.
The event, which coincides with the Property Technology ConFex, will feature a line-up of more than 180 regional and international experts offering insights into construction technologies for climate action, social responsibility, project viability, and productivity.
A key theme at CTF UAE 2024 – now in its seventh edition – will be the need for a structured approach to decarbonisation in the construction sector. The conference aligns with the UAE’s green initiatives by highlighting advancements that promote a sustainable future in construction.
Over 1,000 attendees from 20 countries are expected. The agenda covers sustainability, technology adoption, human factors, project management software, digital twins, BIM, cloud computing and artificial intelligence. Attendees can expect keynote speeches, panel discussions, workshops, and product demonstrations.
The winners of the Construction Technology Awards 2024 will be announced on June 4. The awards, which drew more than 200 entries across 16 different categories, recognises the industry’s best practices in technology implementation, digital transformation, and sustainability leadership.
Held alongside CTF, the Property Technology ConFex will convene real estate professionals to explore digital solutions for improving profitability, user experience, and operational efficiency while reducing carbon emissions.
