Farishta ... sold out.

Azizi Developments, one of the leading private developers in the UAE, has launched unique sky villas across Samia, Farishta, Shaista, and Plaza in Al Furjan, an up-and-coming growth corridor of Dubai.

Samia, Farishta and Shaista each have eight sky villas with varying sizes of up to 303.6 sq m. Plaza comprises 16 units with sizes of up to 271.6 sq m.

Built to world-class standards, Azizi’s elegantly designed and lavishly sized sky villas feature spaciousbalconies that offer stunning views of Dubai’s skyline. Amenities in these premium units, which start at Dh1.7 million ($462,000), range from swimming pools, kids’ pools and gyms all the way to saunas, steam rooms, greenery and other recreational facilities.

Azizi’s sky villas offer direct connectivity to the city’s many points of interest through the newly completed Route 2020 metro line; Sheikh Zayed Road and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road.

Farhad Azizi, CEO of Azizi Developments, says: “Our sky villas represent elegance at its finest. They are a true game-changer in urban development – they are some of the only two-storey penthouses in this remarkably sought-after area of Dubai.

“Location, connectivity, and luxury all remain key factors in the home purchase decision-making process. We are absolutely delighted to add these exceptional properties to our portfolio.”

Meanwhile, at Farista, Azizi Developments has marked another important milestone by selling out the full inventory of the soon-to-be-delivered residential tower.

According to Azizi, nearly 74 per cent of Faristha’s units were sold to UAE residents and eight per cent to investors living in the Saudi Arabia, with the rest having been purchased by customers living across 19 other countries.

Units were sold to 44 nationalities, with 27 per cent of customers holding UAE passports, it adds.

Azizi says: “It fills us with pride to know that Farishta will be home to tenants from different walks of life. This achievement perfectly illustrates our mandate to drive foreign direct investment into the emirate – especially with Expo 2020 just a few months away.”

Meanwhile, Azizi Developments has awarded a contract worth Dh50 million ($13.6 million) to UAE-based Prestige Constructions for its residential project, Berton, yet another project located within the Al Furjan development.

Berton features 245 units, comprising 190 studios as well as 41 one- and 14 two-bedroom apartments spread across seven levels that overlook scenic vistas of the city’s skyline.
