Sungwon Corporation has won a Dh400 million ($108.9 million) contract to build a state-of-the-art commercial tower in Dubai’s Business Bay.
The developer of the Silver Star Tower project is Trend Capital, a renowned German investment house.
“The Silver Star Tower project would help combine Sungwon’s construction expertise and Trend Capital’s technological know-how to build a world-class hi-tech 34-storey office tower at Dubai’s newest economic growth corridor,” said founder and chairman of Sungwon Corporation, Yoon-Soo Jeon.
