Al-Osais Contracting has won a contract to build a residential and recreational complex for Saudi Aramco in Khurais, Saudi Arabia.
The project involves the construction of a state-of-the-art camp to accommodate 1,150 bachelors, over an area of 65,000 sq m. The work includes construction of several types of precast residences, offices, a community centre, medical clinic, mosque, workshops, swimming pool, a soccer field, roads, shelters and landscaping.
The company put in the most competitive bid for the project, which is scheduled to be completed by July 2008.
