

Precast concrete cladding panels for the external elevations of Phase 1 of the Dubai Marina project were supplied by Concrete Technology (Concretec).
The Dubai-based precast and prestressed concrete specialist designed, manufactured and supplied 30,000 precast cladding panels, including the landscape features, copings of all villas and structural prestressed slabs for the roadways.
Concretec was established in 1996 and entered the market with a series of prestigious projects such as the Sharjah City Centre, JW Marriott extension, City Centre multistorey car-park, Dubai Internet City and Shangri-La hotel.
It continues to strengthen its image in the market through its quality precast cladding components produced at state-of-the-art plants in the Jebel Ali Industrial Area and Ras Al Khaimah new industrial area.
