ADLER Technologies, a French concrete specialist, is looking to reinforce its presence in the Middle East and will be at The Big 5 show with a view to reaching potential customers in the region.
For over 30 years, Adler has worked hard at understanding and controlling every aspect of concrete, and thus providing innovative solutions to help its customers optimise their business and operational performance.
“Adler Technologies has complete control over the manufacturing process it has developed for concrete products, a mastery which the company has developed as it followed and anticipated changes in the market and in its customers’ requirements,” says a spokesman for the company.
The company provides comprehensive automated production solutions devoted to precast concrete elements. The entire operational cycle, from storing aggregates to the finished product, is offered complete with simple and user-friendly end-to-end process management.
The lines of equipment produced by Adler Technologies are versatile and scalable, he adds. These include single- or double-line vibrating presses, comprehensive handling and conveying systems (transfer cars, palletising equipment and robots), calibration by machining of one or both sides, insulation insertion into blocks, all kinds of moulds, horizontal or vertical batching plants with a capacity of 10 to 60 cu m per hour.

“Adler Technologies is capable of supplying a complete turnkey plant, including buildings and curing chambers,” the spokesman says.
The company’s brands include Demler, Pierre and Bertrand, Balbinot, Minato, Sodeem and Brouiller.
Adler already enjoys solid references worldwide. An acknowledged specialist in concreting trains, the company has been involved in the construction of prestigious tunnel projects like the Channel Tunnel – Europe’s largest project – and, more recently, the 57-km Saint-Gothard tunnel beneath the Swiss Alps, considered to be the world’s longest rail tunnel.
The company has recently boosted the versatility and performance of its solutions in terms of handling and conveying by teaming up with partner Fimec Technologies. Fimec is an expert in design, manufacture, installation and start-up of automated material handling systems. Both Adler Technologies and Fimec Technologies are subsidiaries of the Materials Technologies group.
Adler Technologies will be exhibiting at the French Pavilion in Hall One, Stand D21 at The Big 5 show.
