POLOPLAST will be bringing its best-known brands of plastic pipe systems that feature multi-layer technology to The Big 5 show. It will also showcase its innovations in the core business segments of domestic waste disposal systems, hot and cold water piping systems and pipe ducting.
As a new addition to the building solutions range, Poloplast will be presenting the Polo-EHP control cleaning pipe. With this new cleaning pipe tailored to the Polo-Kal NG and 3S and Polo-UDS systems, in the dimensions DN/OD 110 to DN/OD 200, Poloplast once again demonstrates its competence in innovative problem solutions. This access pipe for maintenance, inspection and cleaning represents a practical extension of the Polo-Kal NG and 3S ranges.
Polo-Kal is one of Poloplast’s best-known brands in above-ground drainage in many markets.
Also on display will be Polo-Fit, Poloplast’s hot and cold water piping system. This highly flexible five-layer pipe system impresses with tremendous capacity reserves due to its first-rate mechanical and thermal properties, according to a spokesman for the leading international supplier of piping systems. “Alongside the novel connecting technology, Polo-Fit offers an innovative overall solution, which meets all the requirements placed upon modern hot and cold water piping systems,” he says.
Poloplast, which has been in existence for more than 55 years, today, belongs to the ranks of leading manufacturers of high-grade, durable plastic pipe systems using multi-layer technology. It focuses on modern building services engineering, such as living comfort, energy-efficient construction and drinking water. In civil engineering, the company acts as a partner for water supply, drainage and pipe ducting, he says.
Twenty years of experience with polypropylene (PP) multi-layer technology and numerous intelligent product solutions have helped establish Poloplast as a reliable partner for plastic pipe systems in the areas building solutions, installation system and civil engineering, he says.
Polo-Kal has become well-entrenched in the market since the early 1960s and is now synonymous with quality in domestic waste disposal. It was the precursor for the successful product line Polo-Kal NG, which has been on the market since 1994 and comprises a three-layer, mineral-reinforced, noise-insulating domestic waste disposal pipe system with its characteristic blue colouring.
“The multilayer technology was first used in 1990 for the highly noise-insulating domestic waste disposal pipe system Polo-Kal 3S. It is impossible to imagine the industry today without both of these multi-layer programmes, the Polo-Kal NG and Polo-Kal 3S, and they continue to impress many satisfied product users,” the spokesman says.
Over decades, Poloplast has gained experience with this innovative technology and has continually improved and extended the product system.
