ITALIAN company MB, a worldwide leader in the manufacture of crusher buckets, will feature one of its innovative crusher buckets – a ‘jewel’ of its product line – at The Big 5 show.
“The BF 120.4 crusher bucket, a revolutionary machine, along with the other models offered, have radically changed the methods of work on site,” says a spokesman for the firm. “This is due to its jaw action, which enables it to crush aggregate and rocky materials directly on the building yard, thus providing great savings in terms of both costs and time.”
The BF 120.4 crusher bucket has recently been upgraded to meet the requirements of the market and win customer satisfaction.
The spokesman elaborates: “The original model of the BF 120.4 has been upgraded in order to offer the market an even more revolutionary product, thanks to the in-depth research carried out by MB’s team and technicians. The new crusher bucket version is now tougher, more compact and offers a better structural layout that makes it easier for the operator to manoeuvre the excavator, he says. Although its mass is the same, the bucket has become much more versatile and easier to use, also allowing a production increase of up to 10 per cent.
MB, a pioneer company in the crushing field, has opened an important market niche in the recycling, building and earthmoving equipment sectors, in which it claims to be the undisputed world leader.
Commenting on the advantages of its crusher buckets, the spokesman says: “Crusher buckets are a natural choice for those who are looking to cut costs and save time, particularly in the current unstable market. Crusher buckets for excavators with jaw movement are simple to operate: the material can be taken directly to a yard or to any other location, after which it is prepared for the work cycle by means of grabs and jackhammers, he adds.
Despite the global economic crisis that has hit the construction sector, MB has maintained its growth rate by meeting the needs of the customers while giving due attention to the environment.
The company, which is a regular exhibitor at some of the most prestigious shows worldwide, was at the Samoter show in Verona, Italy, earlier this year where it marked 10 years of success since it launched operations in the town of Breganze, province of Vicenza. At the show, the company introduced the new version of the BF 120.4 crusher bucket, three screening bucket models and the universal quick couplings.
Today, MB exports to more than 100 countries throughout the world. In addition to having expanded the parent company and having moved to a new and fully-equipped production facility, in recent years it also opened branches in Germany, Japan, France and US.
