DUBAI Properties Group (DPG) plans to hand over five new developments spread across the emirate before the end of this year.

DPG will deliver key residential and commercial units located in the most popular neighbourhoods throughout the emirate – namely the Executive Towers and Vision Tower at Business Bay; and Shorooq Mirdif, Al Waha and The Villa at Dubailand, with each community offering a diverse selection of property choices.
The group has already commenced the handover of 2,387 high-end units at the residential and commercial towers of the Executive Towers. The project comprises 12 buildings, 10 of which are residential. There are 176 commercial units and 2,211 residential units.
DPG will complete the Ghoroob Mirdif project next month. The 3.3-million-sq-ft development is an upscale apartment community in Mirdif and features a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, ranging from 956 sq ft to 1,861 sq ft.
