Havelock One Interiors, one of the leading players in the fit out industry, has announced that it has successfully completed the second phase of a three-part renovation for The St. Regis Kuwait, part of the iconic Sheraton Towers - one of the most prestigious addresses in the country.

Following the completion of Phase One in May 2022, which saw a refresh of guestrooms and suites, The St. Regis Kuwait began the Phase Two work.

The project scope  included transforming 2,200 sqm of public areas and enhancing additional guestrooms to elevate the overall guest experience.

According to Havelock One, this milestone marks its third collaboration with The St. Regis, having previously delivered phase one in Kuwait and the joinery package and spa for The St. Regis Riyadh.

Designed by Dubai-based Kristina Zanic Consultants, the renovation introduces a new level of sophistication to this five-star destination.

The bespoke joinery, including floor-to-ceiling decorative metal screens and custom wooden and glass partitions, was crafted at Havelock One’s Bahrain factory and installed by their skilled team.

These elements serve as both functional dividers and intricate design features, enhancing the ambiance of both public areas and guestrooms. Meanwhile, the flooring constructed from natural marble in a herringbone pattern adds a striking touch, it stated.

Havelock One said the all-day dining restaurant, Al Hambra, now boasts bespoke wooden cladding and an intricate leaf-patterned ceiling, creating a more refined dining experience.

Despite the scale of the renovation, The St. Regis Kuwait remained fully operational, ensuring uninterrupted luxury for its guests, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
