UAE-based Azizi Developments has partnered with Finnish brand Kone for the supply and installation of its high-end elevators for the first six buildings within Phase Four of its French Mediterranean-inspired waterfront project, Riviera, in Dubai.

 

Kone, a prominent global leader in the escalator and elevator sector, offers a comprehensive range of solutions, specialising in providing elevators and escalators, along with maintenance and modernisation services. 

 

The company also utilises data-powered digital services to enhance the value of buildings throughout their lifespan. 

 

On the new partnership, CEO Farhad Azizi said: "We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Kone LLC, a global forerunner with cutting-edge solutions in the elevator sector, for the fourth phase of our mega-project Riviera in MBR City."

 

Designed to introduce the French-Mediterranean lifestyle to Dubai, Riviera features three districts: an extensive retail boulevard, a lagoon walk on the shores of its 2.7 km-long swimmable crystal lagoon with artisan eateries and boutiques, and Les Jardins — a vast, lush-green social space.  

 

According to him, Riviera is part of Azizi’s award-winning portfolio. It is a stylish waterfront-lifestyle destination that comprises 75 mid- and high-rise buildings with approximately 16,000 residences, he stated.
