Raoom, a major glass manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia, has awarded a $1.9 million contract to leading German group Benteler for supply of a new laminated glass production line.
The installation of the new production line will be fully completed in the first half of 2024, said Raoom Trading Company in its filing to the Saudi bourse Tadawul.
Raoom said following the installation and operation of the line, it is expected to have a positive impact on the company's financial results in 2024.
With this move, Raoom plans to expand its local market and exports, as well as the boost the kingdom's share in the global market, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
