• Consultant for the Restless Planet Dinosaur Theme Park: The Natural History Museum of London, one of the world’s best known and successful museums, attracting over 3.3 m visitors in the past year.

• Manufacturer of animatronic dinosaurs: Kokoro, leading makers of robotically-controlled animatronic dinosaurs. Over 100 animatronic dinosaurs are being made, representing 34 different species, for the Restless Planet.
• Retail Design: London-based Portland Design, part of the City Industrial group of companies, specialises in the retail, leisure, entertainment and hospitality sectors designing. The practice is responsible for the detailed layout and design of the interior of the Mall of Arabia, which has more than 1,250 retail outlets
• Mall of Arabia food court design: DesignInc of North Sydney in Australia is responsible for the overall designs for the food outlets in the Mall of Arabia, which numbers over 100.
• Structural, electrical and mechanical engineers (sub-consultants to Palmer and Turner): The WSP Group, a large international engineering consultancy based in Holborn in London.
• Landscaping City of Arabia: Malaysia-based Acla Landscaping , which is also working on Dubai Festival City.
• Quantity surveyors and cost engineers: South African-based company De Leeuw Middle East.
• Infrastructure consultant: Hyder Consulting is responsible for infrastructure planning, including roads and transportation, water, sewerage and power.
• Concept architects: Alex Vacha, an internationally renowned architect, is designing structures for the City of Arabia.
• Project manager: Hill International
• Lead consultant: Palmer and Turner of Hong Kong.
• Mall of Arabia leasing and management consultants: Colliers International
• Theme-park designer: Jack Rouse Associates have been commissioned as part of a team which includes the Natural History Museum of London, architects Furneaux Stewart, Kokoro of Japan, and Dr John R Horner to design and build the Restless Planet
• District cooling: Empower, a member of the Dubai Holding have been commissioned to provide 120,000 refrigeration tons of district cooling for the City of Arabia for 25 years. Empower’s total investments over the next five years are expected to total Dh 5 billion.
• Piling works: ME Foundations Group have been given the responsibility of main contractor to complete the 13,000 piles required on the City of Arabia site.
• Interactive shows: ECA2 working as graphic designers, specialising in interactive audiovisual programmes has been commissioned to create the show in the Restless Planet Dome.
• Rides manufacturer: Huss Maschinenfabrik and Mack Rides Company, will be providing main rides and dark rides for the Restless Planet dinosaur theme-park, respectively.
• Power station consultant: Electrowatt-Ekono is retained as consultant for the design and installation of two 132 kVA substations while Siemens Pakistan Engineering Company has been commissioned to design and build two these stations.
