Hisham Abdulrahman Jaffer (HAJ), one of the leading cost managers for construction projects in the kingdom, has completed 10 years of operations in the kingdom.

Established in 1995, with a handful of professionals, the company has grown 40-strong, which is the largest number for such a practice in Bahrain, claims a HAJ spokesman.
HAJ has been involved with landmark projects that include: Al A’ali Mall, Gosi complex, Sheikha Hessa School, Bahrain Racing Circuit, 22 VIP villas at Ritz Carlton, Movenpick hotel, Zamil Tower, Ritz Carlton refurbishment, and the Jandriyah equestrian club in Saudi Arabia, among others. Currently HAJ is involved with the Bahrain World Trade Centre, Royal University for Women, Seef Mall west expansion and Tower, Meena 7 Tower, Sheraton Hotel refurbishment, a residential development at Mahooz, the Durrat Al Bahrain, Riffa Views and the Bahrain Bay.
