The construction of a new BD40 million ($106.2 million) housing project in Bahrain, to be completed in partnership with Gulf Finance House, will start later this year.
The ASL Bandar residential project will provide 800 flats, said Central Municipal Councillor Ibrahim Hussain. The first phase will consist of rent-to-own flats only and will also include a BD350,000, 1 km waterway.
Three plots, meanwhile, are to be earmarked in Jebalat Hibshi for a housing project, which will provide up to 520 housing units for villagers. An area adjacent to the highway leading to Northern City has also been earmarked bookmarked for five-storey investment buildings.
