
The Doha Asian Games Organising Committee has awarded Projacs International the project management services contract on 10 towers in the West Bay area of Doha.
Under the terms of the contract, Projacs will be responsible for ensuring that all the high-rises are completed on time for Doha Asian Games.
The buildings Projacs is responsible for are: 35-storey Al Dafna Tower; 25-storey Regency Tower; 25-storey Al-Asmakh Tower; 26-storey Beverly Hills Tower; 22-storey Falah Tower; 40-storey Al Misnad Residential Tower; 28-storey Doha Twin Towers; 30-storey Al Dana Residential Tower; 25-storey Infinity Tower and the 45-storey Sky Gardens Apartments.
The towers will be rented from their developers to provide accommodation during the Asian Games in December 2006.
Projacs is also the project manager on QR1.4 billion ($400 million) contract to upgrade the sports facilities across the country and on the QR2.1 billion ($600 million) Sports City development.
