The Isuzu workshop at Genavco is a model of up-to-date technology, equipped with state-of-the-art machinery that is operated by factory-trained engineers and technicians. Apart from servicing and repairing Isuzu vehicles and components and conducting routine service and repairs, the workshop also handles rustproofing and truck body fabrication.

“Our policy is to keep our customers satisfied and happy, through quick and professional services at reasonable rates,” says Osama F Azzuni, workshop manager (vehicle).
The workshop services four-wheel drives, pick-ups – mostly the popular 3.5-tonne model-trucks and also Isuzu marine engines. 
Set up in 1981, the workshop has grown in size to include four sections dealing with denting, painting, welding and fabrication.
Says Azzuni: “Today, on average, we handle 60 vehicles daily. To ease our workload, we have set up a branch in Sharjah to service clients based in the Northern Emirates and Sharjah. Nearly 90 per cent of the vehicles handled by us are pick-ups and trucks and 50 per cent of the vehicles fall under the 3.5-tonne category. Our workshop has a total of 54 staff, including specialised engineers trained by Isuzu in our facility. We have installed the latest machines and continuously train our staff in the use of the correct tools. Training is essential to ensure jobs are done accurately and without any problems. We are reputed for the high quality of our service, speedier service and faster delivery,” he concludes.
