Samsung Electronics, a global leader in digital technology, has introduced an enhanced portfolio of system air-conditioners.

The new models are equipped with the company's patented DVM (Digital Variable Multi) technology that allows a single outdoor unit to drive upto 16 indoor units with one refrigerant line.

DK Byeon, managing director, Samsung Gulf Electronics (SGE), said that the introduction of the company's latest range of system airconditioners, would serve to consolidate its leadership position in providing cuttingedge digital technology solutions to industry verticals such as the construction and contracting industry, while also lending support to the region's infrastructure expansion initiatives.

"Our enhanced lineup of system airconditioners will open up multiple avenues for more effective cooling, particularly in highrise buildings. While in several global markets, construction companies have already benefited from our patented DVM technology, we believe its introduction in the region will further position Samsung as the most preferred partner for settingup worldclass airconditioning systems," he added.

The DVM technology is the nextgeneration modular system in the world of high-efficiency air

conditioning. The enhanced capacity ranging from 6 hp to l0 hp feature simple installation and energy savings options, and can be controlled either through the Internet or building management system (BMS).
