Dubai Sports City (DSC), the world’s first integrated sports city, is set to release the fifth and final building in Canal Residence West, its signature Mediterranean-style real estate development.

Set along the waterway in the heart of the vibrant downtown district, Canal Residence West is designed to offer residents everything they could want in terms of facilities, recreation and entertainment. With views of the canal and the Els Club golf course, each building will offer a key range of facilities including children’s play area, outdoor landscaped barbecue area, swimming pool, and health club.

Following the success of the Mediterranean, Classic European, Venetian, and Andalusian-inspired buildings, the Arabian-inspired residence will be available to buy off-plan from October 6. Offering studio, one, two and three-bed, terrace apartments, duplexes and penthouses, Canal Residence West is designed to accommodate singles to large families and has appealed to local and international buyers. Residents will have direct access to a tree-lined promenade running the length of the canal, accommodating upscale cafes, restaurants and boutiques as well as sport and leisure activities.
“With Dubai Sports City’s stadia infrastructure growing at a rapid pace, and the inauguration of the Els Club earlier this year, the demand for real estate in this area has increased,” adds Zarooni.
Canal Residence West is set along the waterway in the heart of the downtown district. With a choice of five buildings, it offers quick access to the waterfront promenade and its many cafes, restaurants and boutiques, and is within walking distance from DSC’s residential districts and sporting and entertainment venues.
