Fontana Real Estate said it was offering a strong real estate product that had been carefully designed with resort-style services, well-thought-out apartment spaces, meticulous designs and high construction quality, as well as achieving the highest quality levels and effective sustainability goals.
For the project, it had used high-quality thermal insulation glass that was imported from an international Swiss company, Glastroesch, ensuring performance efficiency through the insulating glazing system to improve the thermal performance of the glass.
"It was mainly to cut the entry of sunlight heat, thus reducing the impact of climate change and temperature rise inside the units, which reduces the use of air conditioners and refrigeration equipment," explained Al Kooheji.
"Moreover, we have installed the best chiller’s system - the latest in cooling high-rise buildings which is characterized by high efficiency and low electricity consumption - leading to reduced utility bill by up to 40%," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
