Dubai Properties has launched a landmark skyscraper – The Vision Tower – that will stand 51-storeys tall at the entrance of the Business Bay in Dubai.
“The Vision Tower will be Dubai Properties’ first stand-alone office tower," said Dubai Properties chief executive officer Hashim Al Dabal.
“It is one of the very few freehold office towers available in the city and it occupies the best possible location in the upcoming commercial and residential hub of the Business Bay,” he said.
“Business Bay is a city built to outshine the world’s most prominent cities in terms of infrastructure, design, urban planning, architecture and perfect environmental balance,” Al Dabal said.
As the gateway to the Business Bay, The Vision Tower will be an architectural icon and will offer 500,000 sq ft of prime space in 51 storeys of transparent glass allowing clear two-way views and making for an unconventional and iconic structure.
The curved-glass facade of the tower, expected to become the signature element of the tower, will be made up of a wall of high-tech transparent glazing that will be internally lit to create a luminous beacon.
The glass façade will allow commanding views of Sheikh Zayed Road, Business Bay and the new creek, while the lighting will ensure that The Vision Tower represents the emerging stature of Business Bay and indeed, Dubai. The prestige class office space will offer well-planned office floors with proper depth to maximise workplace layout efficiency and productivity.
The Vision Tower will be seamlessly connected to the Bay Avenue, health club, restaurants and other amenities by an exclusive passage. A sprawling parking lot will provide space for 1,420 cars.
