Falak Properties, the property development division of the Falaknaz Group in the UAE, has launched the Dh500 million ($136.1 million) Westgate Apartments.

It is the first phase of the Dh1 billion ($272.2 million) new developments comprising six mid-rise towers inside the community of Dubai Sports City.
Each tower comprises studios, one-bed and two-bed apartments with panoramic views of the golf course and waterfront-park. It offers a secure and gated community that features a variety of schools, parks, mosques and recreational facilities in addition to its proximity to entertainment, shopping and dining.
The Westgate Apartments project has been jointly designed by ITD and QHC – both experienced interior design consultants in innovative architectural design.
Every building is detailed to specific sport themes, making them distinct while blending well with the overall concept of the project. The project is scheduled to complete in September 2007.
