

Satwa Automatic Mosaic Tiles and Marble Factory, claimed to be the largest unit of its kind in the UAE, is offering top-quality aesthetic designs for its customers.
Established in Dubai's Al Quoz Industrial Area in 1969, Satwa produces marble, granite and mosaic tiles.
"We have a lot of designs for our customers and if clients come with their own designs we can do it for them," says Samer Wahbeh, sales manager.
The company has more than 180 skilled employees. "Our team of designers and engineers can help clients in choosing the right design," says Wahbeh.
The raw materials come for the local market, Italy, Spain, Greece, Portugal, India, South Africa and Iran. "We deal with only quality suppliers," Wabbeh says.
"The marble's segment of the construction sector is a big field and the company processes different kinds of marbles," says Wahbeh.
The company recorded a total turnover of about Dh25 million ($6.8 million) last year.
Satwa has been known in the market for its quality jobs and deals only with selected marble and granite suppliers.
The company has supplied to some of the prestigious projects in the UAE.
They include the Mazaya Centre, Dubai Marine Beach Resort, Twin Towers in Deira, Dubai Real Estate building, Al Moosa Towers, American University in Dubai, Dubai Women's College and the Pyramids Complex.
"We deal with most of the construction companies in Dubai, including Al Habtoor Engineering, Al Shafar, Al Hudaiba, Buset and Al Tameer Construction and consultants such as Arkiteknik and Badri Ben Saouda.
Satwa says a lot of new projects are coming up in Dubai and it has the capability to undertake any challenging projects.
