Sadad Homes Real Estate One has appointed Edicomsa to design and build its new housing project in Sadad, Bahrain.
The complex comprises around 100 high-quality affordable homes. The project is being launched by ProCapital Associates.
The design process is currently in its final stages and Edicomsa are expected to commence construction work mid-2007, with home-owners being able to move into their dream homes during 2008.
Edicomsa is a Spanish design and build firm, with over 25 years experience worldwide in housing design and construction.
Using its own patented construction technology, Edicomsa has designed and built more than 100,000 housing units aimed at the middle-income level market.
