CASE has successfully introduced its new F-series wheel loaders in the Middle East, where the growing number of its machines is proving the benefits of new technology in the demanding job conditions of the region.

The construction equipment manufacturer presented the machines to customers, dealers and media representatives through a series of open house days and demonstrations. The new wheel loaders introduce a host of technical and design improvements that meet the needs of customers looking for quality and value for money, putting the F-Series at the top of its class.

Case has provided the market with a wide offering of wheel loaders that range from 2.1 cu m to 5.0 cu m bucket capacity. Together with its full range of products and excellent support, Case can now offer construction companies everything they need, said a spokesman for the company – a part of CNH Global – which sells and supports a full line of construction equipment around the world.

The new F-series offers a host of major advantages in the areas of productivity; reliability, uptime and savings; operator comfort and safety; and fast and easy maintenance.

The second-generation common rail engine, together with the multiple injection technology, ensures optimum combustion control to deliver best-in-class torque performance. Hundred per cent of the available torque is fully transmitted to the wheels. “The open differentials with 100 per cent front auto-lock transmit all the available torque into bucket penetration: the wheel loader pushes more and loads faster. Fast acceleration, reduced cycle times, higher travel speeds and impressive productivity combine with the exceptional fuel efficiency of the engine,” the spokesman pointed out.

The unique design of the cooling box with the five radiators mounted to form a cube instead of overlapping ensures that each radiator receives fresh air and that clean air enters from the sides and the top, maintaining a constant fluid temperature. This preserves the fluids’ properties and protects the axles, resulting in great reliability and an extended life for the coolant. This makes Case F-series particularly well suited to the Middle Eastern temperature and weather conditions.

As the radiators don’t overlap, they are easier to clean and the automatic reversible fan is more effective. The heavy-duty axles with differential lock result in superior reliability, longer oil life and less tyre wear. This results in more uptime and lower maintenance costs, said the spokesman.

The reinforced cab guarantees outstanding protection against roll over and falling objects. The shape of the curved rear hood and the ample glazed surface provide the operator superb all-round visibility for a safer operation at the jobsite.

The positioning of the cooling box close to the cab and the engine at the back results in optimal weight distribution, so that the wheel loader is exceptionally stable, making it safer to operate on all terrains. This set-up also results in reduced noise and vibrations inside the cab, making operation even more comfortable.

In terms of maintenance, customers do not need safety handrails around the hood or steps behind the rear wheels, because all service points are easily accessible at ground level for a smooth and faster daily maintenance.

The position of the cooling system’s radiators behind the cab keeps them away from the dust produced by the work of the machine and will therefore require less maintenance work from the operator.
