AL ROSTAMANI Pegel (ARP) has been awarded a project for the construction of a hotel and hotel apartments in Dubai by Nilona Holding, a member of the Onyx Group engaged in diverse business activities in the UAE and Sri Lanka.

Construction has already begun, and the expected date of completion of the hotel tower is January 2012.

The hotel and hotel apartments will be operated by the world-renowned Marriott International.

“This contract further adds to our reputation as a company that undertakes high-quality construction projects,” said ARP executive director ARP Rolf Weber.

A member of the Al Rostamani Group and an ISO 9001:2008-certified company, ARP is a niche player in the field of high-rise building construction.

Valued at Dh700 million ($272.25 million), Marriott Hotel & Marriott Executive Apartments is located in Dubai Healthcare City Phase II, and will house 24 storeys, ground floor and three basement floors for parking.

The tower will feature 352 elegant and luxurious guest rooms, 128 luxury serviced apartments, and comprehensive health and fitness facilities.

Guests and residents will also have an array of gourmet dining and be surrounded by spectacular sceneries.
