Saudi-based Zamil Air Conditioners (ZAC) has entered into a marketing and distribution tie-up with UAE-based air-conditioning specialist company Elapco Electronics Appliances, which will allow it to extend the distribution of its Cooline brand of unitary and applied air-conditioners in the UAE.

"This tie-up with ZAC - the leading Middle East and international manufacturer of air conditioning systems will enable Elapco to further its leadership in the residential air-conditioning segment in the UAE and also branch into the commercial segment of the market," says a spokesman for Elapco.
"The need for sophisticated air-conditioning solutions is an ongoing requirement in the UAE, given the sustainable economic development taking place within the country and new construction projects which are being continually commissioned," says Hasan Alami, managing director of the Elapco Group.
"The addition of ZAC's product line to Elapco's existing exclusive distributorship rights, will enable us to comprehensively address and satisfy market demand for both residential and commercial customers," he adds.
“We see a great potential for Cooline in the UAE with our relationship with Elapco and its excellent reputation for after-sales service and strong distribution network.  In fact, the Cooline offer will be enhanced by our existing investments in the UAE, where we have an established regional sales officefor Cooline Products,” says Osama Bunyan, executive vice president of ZAC.
