Dino Lift, one of the leading European manufacturers of trailer-mounted aerial work platforms, has set a target of manufacturing 1,000 units per year from this year and is working towards promoting its range of aerial work platforms in the region.

The Finland-based export-oriented manufacturer, which has already established itself as a market leader in its local market, says that it exports over 70 per cent of its production capacity to markets spread across more than 40 countries.
The company long-term commitment to the market has paid off, as reflected in the sales figures achieved last year: the company attained a 50 per cent growth in sales compared to 2004,” says a company spokesman.
“The secret behind the company’s steady success in the access business so far has been its flexibility,” he says. “Being a rather small company, established 30 years ago, Dino Lift has been able to fulfil the needs of its customers and adapt its production capabilities to meet the market needs.”

Product programme
Dino’s range of aerial work platforms comprises:
•  10 trailer-mounted types, covering working heights from 10.5 to 26 m, and
• Two self-propelled models (20.5 and 24 m).
The booms of the Dinos are based on telescopic boom or articulating telescopic boom structures.
All the Dinos feature continuous boom rotation and hydraulic outriggers. Basket rotation is standard in all models, and the baskets are equipped with two power outlets. In addition, the trailer-mounted Dinos are easily towable – the trailers being driven by electricity or with gasoline or diesel. The self-propelled units use a Caterpillar diesel engine as the power source, and can be run on electric power as an option. The self-propelled units are agile, light in weight and easy to use on rough terrain.
Currently, the company’s range includes: Dino 160XT, Dino 180XT, Dino 210XT, Dino 260XT, Dino 205RXT, Dino RXT, Dino 105T, Dino 125T, Dino 135T, Dino 150T, Dino 180T, and the Dino 230T.
“Dino’s units meet the EN 280 requirements and bear CE-certification and the quality of the units have ISO 9001 certification,” the spokesman concludes.
