TCM heavyweight the cargo king

When it comes to moving heavy cargoes, no load, weight or shape is too big for TCM’s heavy-duty diesel forklifts, says Aljomaih Equipment Company, the distributor for the Japanese manufacturer in Saudi Arabia.

‘‘TCM’s large forklifts can handle steel materials, steel sheet rolls, containers and even yachts with ease and safety,’’ says Aljomaih’s general manager Abdullah S Al Ali. ‘‘Enhanced horsepower provides greater acceleration, faster travel speeds, and quicker lifting speeds. The forklifts also offer wider visibility and low noise levels, electronic-controlled automatic transmission and a one-touch parking brake, making them the top choice for heavy loads and operator comfort.’’
He continues: ‘‘The operating sound level of the engines, at 78 dB(A), is the best in their class. Suspension seats ensure low vibration and superb riding comfort, the cabins are comfortable, while wide carriages ensure easy handling of long cargoes, such as boats, containers, and pipes.’’
The heavy-duty forklifts are also available with special spreaders, purpose-designed to handle containers.
Apart from TCM’s entire range of products Aljomaih also represents other leading multinational brands from across the world.
These include Iveco, Merlo, Nardi, and and Case New Holland from Italy; Claas and MTU from Germany; Tacom from Japan; Nokka Tume from Finland; Perkins from the UK; Arcusin from Spain; and Valmont Industries from the US, the manufacturer of the popular Valley irrigation systems.
The firm wide product line consists of generator sets and engines; wheel loaders, dozers and graders; concrete mixers; vibratory compactors and asphalt rollers; forklifts and telescopic handlers; marine container straddle carriers and telescopic spreaders; agri-tractors and harvesters; mowers and balers; combined seed drills and fertiliser spreaders; cultivators, disc ploughs, trailers and auto bale loader wagons; and irrigation equipment and systems.
