The Foreign Affairs Ministry has awarded Oman-based Desert Line Projects the $9 million contract for the construction of a 98-km-highway linking Al Abr in Yemen to the Al Wadiah border post in Saudi Arabia.
The technical unit at the Ministry of ForeignAffairs will follow up on the designing and implementation activities of the project.
Desert Line has already implemented many projects of similar scale. It won the contract from five other bidders.
