Centria International and its UAE joint venture partner, Rigidal Industries, continue to enjoy top quality specifications for some of the most prestigious projects in Dubai.
Rigidal supplied its Rigidal Versacor Ultima composite panel as the cladding system for the BPST Building at Jebel Ali K power station. The panel comprises a Versacor-coated outer sheet - manufactured at Rigidal's production facility - which is combined with further high-grade raw materials to produce a unique thermally-insulated polyurethane-based composite panel, says Phil Ellerby, general manager of Rigidal Industries.
'Rigidal Versacor Ultima metal-faced panels are produced on Rigidal's on-line laminator, the only one of its kind fully functional in the Gulf region,' he says. The installation was performed by Mosaco Contracting.
Rigidal Industries has also recently completed supply of 22,000 sq m of Versacor-coated cladding panels to Dubal's (Dubai Aluminium) cast house 2 south extension and associated ancillary buildings. The supply was made possible through the excellent services of cladding installation specialist Mosaco Contracting, says Ellerby
'Centria's Versacor-coated sheet is an ideal material for the harsh environment of the Arabian Gulf, making it a favourite choice for specifiers who are not prepared to compromise on quality and demand the best products for their design projects,' he adds.
'Rigidal Industries is pleased to be chosen by Mosaco Contracting, to be its supplier on prestigious projects in the region and is delighted with its continued joint venture association with Centria International, whose Versacor-coated metal products continue to be at the forefront of specifications in the Gulf region,' he adds.
