Bezault, a member of the Sweden-based Assa Abloy Group, is a leader in the manufacturing of accessories for aluminium windows and doors in France. It is also a specialist on the curtain-wall market in Europe and Middle East.

'With over 20 years of experience Bezault has achieved a technological breakthrough with the development of a range of friction hinges known as Italinox (left), which offers solutions for top-hung project-out windows.
The new models of friction hinges that have been produced by the company are suitable for windows of with a maximum height of 1,600 mm by 1,750 mm and a maximum weight of 105 kg,' says the company.

This new friction hinge provides an optimum balance of window sash during the locking and the opening operations, which improves the comfort of the user. This system is available in two versions either adjustable (Ref 500R) or non-adjustable (Ref500). This system completes the existing range, which already includes two other models, 400R/400 and 600R/600, adds Bezault.
