The firm has recently been commissioned by Al Jaber Investments to provide full architectural and engineering design and supervision services for a twin-tower project in Dubai.

Situated on a prestigious site on Sheikh Zayed Road, the 43-storey 110,000 sq mixed-use development includes the 300-room five-star Shangri-La hotel, 126 furnished apartments, 62 unfurnished apartments, four office levels, and a 450-slot car-park.

The architectural expression of this granite-clad project is reminiscent of early 20th century New York skyscrapers. The project is scheduled for completion in spring 2003.

NORR Group also provided its expert services for the prestigious Emirates towers and the 20-storey National Bank of Dubai headquarters projects in Dubai.
