The Al Gurg Tower, a new18-storey landmark in Dubai, is set for a final handover to the client this September.

Finishing works are currently under way on the uppermost levels of the tower which comprises a retail podium, 13 floors of leasable office space and four executives office levels as well as a four-level basement.

The building, which will house the corporate headquarters of the Al Gurg Group of Companies, represents the strong links that the owner has with its creekside setting in Dubai.
