UAE-based Alec, an award-winning multi-disciplinary construction company, has won the contract for the Jumeirah Living Marina Gate project in Dubai.

The scope of works includes the construction of a tower comprising two basement levels, ground and mezzanine levels, an eight-level podium levels, 48 upper floors, and a roof level, accommodating 493 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses.  The development will also include 15 villas and ground floor retail units.

The project will be jointly executed in collaboration with Alec’s related businesses, Alemco and Alec Fitout.

Alec has consistently evolved and grown to become one of the largest and respected contractors.

Jumeirah Living Marina Gate, a development by Select Group, represents the third and final tower of the prestigious Marina Gate community located at the original entrance to Dubai Marina, a luxurious waterfront setting.
