GLOBAL property developer Emaar Properties has launched two mega projects in Dubai which it says will redefine luxury living.

The developer has launched Boulevard Point in its flagship mega-development Downtown Dubai, which is expected to raised the benchmark in distinctive urban luxury.

Featuring 297 residences across 63 storeys, and encompassing one- to three-bedroom residences, Boulevard Point is designed to reflect the diversity and vibrancy of Downtown Dubai, with stone countertops, pendant lights, and glass panelling installed to enhance each living space with a tasteful, modern aesthetic.

The tower will house world-class facilities and amenities catering to an entire spectrum of needs, including swimming pools, dedicated children’s area, fully-equipped gymnasium, and a community-centric lawn and barbecue deck.

Located above The Dubai Mall extension, Boulevard Point will offer direct access to The Dubai Mall through a dedicated bridge link, and stunning views of The Old Town and Souk Al Bahar.

In another development, Emaar Properties has launched a second serviced residence project under the upscale hotel concept Vida brand in its flagship mega-development Downtown Dubai following the successful launch of Vida Residence, The Hills.

The 57-storey Vida Residence Downtown Dubai, to be serviced by Vida Hotels and Resorts, features 320 units, including one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom serviced apartments. It will be linked directly to the Vida Downtown Dubai hotel via an air-conditioned glass bridge, giving residents seamless access to the world-class property.

The project combines stylish, world-class design with contemporary finishes and fittings, in an elegant architectural expression in stone and glass, inspired by 1920s New York art deco. Residents will have access to modern amenities including a swimming pool, fitness centre, and a dedicated area for children, set within a three-storey podium.
