Golden domes ... an architectural highlight.
WORK on Qasr Sabah, a prime residential development that will be part of Dubai’s International Media Production Zone (IMPZ), was set to be launched last month with a ground-breaking ceremony on January 30.
Comprising three buildings of six storeys each, the project is designed to house 384 one-bedroom apartments and 18 studio apartments in all.
The buildings, with golden domes atop, feature swimming pools, gymnasiums, tennis courts and children’s play areas. Other amenities include 500 car-parking bays on the ground and podium levels; secure parking with CCTV coverage and access control; and direct elevator access from the parking to all floor levels.
The construction will adhere to Dubai construction codes ensuring sustainability and substantial energy savings.
The project, expected to be completed in 2015, enjoys great connectivity. Qasr Sabah will be a mere five-minute drive from Al Maktoum International Airport and 20 minutes away from the Dubai International Airport.
