The Gateway ... a mix of style and functionality.

Dubai Sports City (DSC) has launched The Gateway, the iconic twin towers at the entrance to the world’s first integrated sporting destination.

The first commercial property released by DSC, the iconic classic silver and black towers will be the tallest structures within the development.
Designed by Arif & Bintoak Consulting Architects and Engineers, famous for high-end projects such as the Raffles Hotel at Wafi City, The Gateway will combine stylish architectural design with an impressive range of features and functionality.
The high-rise towers will command spectacular views of the entire development, including the stadium and The Els Club championship golf course.
With a total built-up area of 1.21 million sq ft and 44 floors of offices per tower, The Gateway will offer a range of key facilities, including more than 1,000 underground parking spaces, a top floor restaurant, health club and spa and a ground floor coffee shop and business centre.
DSC will offer more than 3.8 million sq ft of retail space. In addition to its major retail areas – Arena Mall, North Point and South Point, and Canal Residence West – events, promotion and specialty leasing opportunities will be available within the stadia and public areas.
Arena Mall, the largest retail destination within DSC, will be directly linked to a 10,000-seat multi-purpose indoor stadium. Comprising 1.88 million sq ft of gross lettable space, the mall will be anchored by a 140,000 sq ft hypermarket and will include a family entertainment centre.
Meanwhile infrastructure work at  the Victory Heights golf villa comunity within the DSC has been completed by by Wade Adams Contracting.
The completed infrastructure at Victory Heights – a joint venture between Bahrain’s Arcapita bank and DSC – includes roads, sewerage, drainage, fresh water, electricity, irrigation and telecommunication facilities.
Victory Heights will offer 935 homes over 25 million sq ft of land. The project has teamed up with Bureau Veritas, the certification agency responsible for all quality accreditation monitoring at every stage of construction.
Additionally, Opus Technologies is providing smart home options and German kitchen brand Poggenpohl is the sole designer of the villas’ custom-made kitchens.
