Work on a BD3 million ($7.95 million), 15-storey fully furnished apartment complex, promoted by REG International Investment and Trading Holding Company will start off this month at Juffair, Bahrain.

This multi-storey building is designed by Arif Sadiq Design Consultants and Key Construction will be the contractor. Work is expected to complete by the end of next year.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Rashid Al Ghatami said that the building coming up on the Al Safir Hotel car park annexed to the hotel would, on completion, be one of the tallest buildings in Juffair.
The fully furnished apartment block will house car parking slots in the basement, a reception area on the ground floor, the swimming pool and the health clubs and will have 24 single suites and 48 two-bed apartments. The total area of the apartments alone would be approximately 10,000 sq m.
“This luxurious building will offer a state-of-the-art, fully-equipped health club and an indoor temperature controlled (different season) swimming pool with banquet facilities, which is ideal for private functions,” he said.
“With this upcoming project our commitment is to offer luxury service to all our customers.
“It is four years since the Al Safir Hotel – one of the projects of the REG International Investment and Trading Holding Company – began operations. Since then we have had some great achievements. This has given us the courage to expand further with the goal to offer comfort and luxury to our clients and their families,” he said.
